Actually, Man City spends very little. Two seasons ago they got Jack Grealish from Aston Villa, Although they did pay 100m pounds for his transfer fee. Before this season they got Erling Haaland for about half of that from I believe Borussia Dortmund. At this January’s deadline they only picked up one player for very little money. In comparison Chelsea spent over 700m pounds on players and have still only won one game this year.
