Burnes should land some nice prodpects, but likely more down level as he’s also down to one year of control, his K rate has plummeted and he’s about to become very expensive. The Yankees, on the other hand, need a CFer, a switch hitter, and a low-cost player to balance out their high payroll. Doesn’t seem like a match.

Salt Lake City actually has an owner ready, land for a ballpark and village and plans to build the ballpark. They are light years ahead of everyone else. They just need to convince MLB the area will grow as much as they project and can support a team.
