The Marlins are placing starter Janson Junk on the 15-day injured list with right shin inflammation, per Christina De Nicola of MLB.com. He’s expected to be out for two to three weeks. Right-hander Josh White is being recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move. When White gets into a game, he’ll be making his major league debut.

Marlins can’t catch a break with their SP
You won’t find a bigger Mets fan than me, but I’ve seen this movie before. Mets have momentum, a weak opponent, and a huge pitching advantage in what should be a bullpen game for the Marlins. Oh, and it’s a getaway game before a long west coast trip.
If I were a betting man, I’d take the Marlins +175 or whatever it will be by first pitch.
