How about you guys quit trying to get Steve to bash Kershaw and ask him some real baseball questions.
I disagree with you saying Chris Stratton isn’t good. The kid has one of the best curveballs in the game and has multiple 10k games. Sure he had a poor performance his last start but That shouldn’t change anything. He just got off the paternity list. He had thE 3rd best ERA in the last 2 months last season
Why does he always call the Giants the “fourth best team in their own division”? They are in 2nd place currently without bumgarner…
It’s also May 1st. Last year the NL west on My 1 was COL AZ, LAD, SDP and SFG. Oh and the Phillies were is 2nd place in the NL east.
But the Phillies were playing out of their heads at the time. Mccutchen, Posey, and Crawford will all presumably be better, and while the argument could be made that the rotation will also falter aswell, Shark, Blach, and Stratton all have relatively bad stats as well. The giants have been winning with unlikely contributors, you really cant make that comparison.
Why must knowledgeable baseball writers not mention its an even year and put the Giants down with stuff like facts and stats. I need a cry booth. Waaaaaaaa
