Don’t know what you’re on about but seems trite and uncalled for.
As fun and totally normal as that conspiracy theory is, Anthony has been on vacation since last Monday and — as Darragh and I noted this episode — will be on next week.

Too many years for Smith as a catcher.
They just spread the money out over a longer term to lower the AAV. If he had signed for $140M over 7 years, this would look normal.
