Hello, friends.
Remember when we were smart? Or rather, the period of time before real baseball began, when we thought we were smart? Ahh, things seem so simple and wonderful during this period of blissful ignorance, but don't underestimate the gains to be made from taking stock of just how wrong you were.

Maybe it is just me, but with Story and Springer, I’m just waiting on a PED suspension reveal. Not because I know anything, but watching baseball over the last 40 years has made it a reflexive thought at this point.
I LOVE the Perdomo emergence. Especially after AZ gave him a contract extension this spring.
I kind of feel the same way about Cal Raliegh.
Calls dad’s the head coach at Tennessee so he has pedigree there. Was a cool convo between him and Mookie about how his dad was recruiting him
Raleigh’s father was the coach in 2008-2011 at UTenn.
Cal always had the (rump) power the only reason he wasn’t hitting a lot of homers before was because he used to be a .210 swing and miss hitter
Torpedo bat increased his batting average which increased his homer total
Dead cat bounce? Both will probably fade next season.
It’s still hard for me to imagine Story opting out but maybe there’s more money out there. I think Sox are happy either way.
Freaky? We are talking about freakiness now?
