I understand now that I shouldn’t have. However, only one of my questions in about 10 attempts in previous chats got answered. That’s why I never really go to these. I also was wondering if someone else in the comments section could at least answer the questions, so I thought why not?
@raltongo, thanks! My thought process was that regular commenters could probably answer my questions if the Anthony was unable to get to them. @VonPurpleHayes, sorry if I pissed you off. You and Darkside are great guys to follow here whenever Phillies news come out (I too am a Phillies fan).
Eh, maybe the chat is over or they’d just rather discuss whatever subject with the entirety of “us” here in the peanut gallery. Either way, it leads to what we all love, more talk about baseball. =)
I’ve been guilty of doing this exact thing… felt like my question wasn’t getting pulled into chat, have to go work on something, pop my question into comments and then resume my discussion later if anybody retorts. A million people could have a million different reasons, but I always enjoy the baseball chats and interactions with fans of all teams especially if I feel my question is pertinent. Well this makes sense actually. If it’s just to start conversation then I’m all for it. I incorrectly assumed people may have thought these questions were being seen by the moderator somehow, so it was driving me crazy which is irrational.
@VonPurpleHayes, yep, that may have been my bad. I had sent my two questions around 1:30 PM my time and had waited around 20 minutes. After 1:5o, I gave up, so I left the chat and put my questions on here. Usually, if my questions weren’t answered on the chat, I didn’t put them in the comments section of the live chat/chat transcript post. However, I genuinely wanted to find out what y’all commenters would’ve said in response to my two questions since Anthony wasn’t able to get to them. Sorry if I pissed you off inadvertently.
