The Angels are placing veteran star Mike Trout on the injured list, Ron Washington told reporters (including Sam Blum of The Athletic) after tonight’s game against the Tigers. Trout is dealing with a bone bruise on his left knee, though Washington emphasized that the injury is not considered “too serious” and that there’s been no structural damage to the 33-year-old’s knee. As noted by ESPN’s Alden Gonzalez, Trout suffered multiple meniscus tears in different parts of his left knee last year that required two separate surgical procedures. That’s the knee which he’s currently suffering from a bone bruise on.
While the fact that Trout’s ailment isn’t considered serious by Angels brass is at least somewhat encouraging, it’s hard to expect fans to take much solace in that given Trout’s lengthy injury history. Trout played just 29 games last year due to those aforementioned meniscus surgeries, and missed all but 36 games of the 2021 season due to a calf strain. He played in just 82 games in 2023 due to a hamate fracture, and the closest thing to a healthy season Trout has put together in this decade was his 2022 campaign where he played 119 games. Even that year, however, he was still sidelined for significant time due to back issues.
It’s a run of various injuries that now spans half a decade, and that lack of time on the field has knocked Trout off his pedestal as the game’s consensus top talent after holding that position virtually unchallenged for a decade. The 11-time All-Star and 3-time AL MVP’s numbers speak for themselves, as he’s a career .297/.408/.579 hitter with 387 homers, 214 stolen bases, 85.8 bWAR and 85.7 fWAR over the course of his 15-year major league career. This year, the Angels made the decision to move Trout off of his native center field and into right field in order to hopefully help him stay fresher and avoid injuries. Despite that change, Trout’s first trip to the injured list of the year comes with just 29 games under his belt, the exact same number he finished the 2024 season with.
In previous years, Trout has maintained superstar-level production even in seasons abbreviated by injury. While he was on the field for just 266 of Anaheim’s 648 games from 2021 to 2024, he did slash an incredible .276/.376/.575 (160 wRC+) and accumulate 12 fWAR across those 266 games. That’s not been the case this year, however. In 121 trips to the plate, Trout has actually been slightly below league average with a 96 wRC+. While he’s clobbered nine homers and walked at a healthy (if diminished) 9.9% clip, Trout’s elevated 29.8% strikeout rate and shockingly low .159 BABIP have left him hitting just .187 with a .264 on-base percentage. If he were to play a full season, Trout surely wouldn’t maintain that unbelievably low BABIP and would enjoy enough positive regression to be an above-average overall hitter, but the elevated strikeouts and decreased walks are a legitimate cause for concern about his ability to remain a superstar even if he were to stay on the field for a full campaign.
Of course, all of that will remain largely speculative until Trout gets back on the field for a significant period of time. While the club terming the issue a bone bruise seems to suggest that he’ll be able to come back relatively quickly, it’s a diagnosis that comes with a lot of variability in terms of timetable. On the more optimistic side of things, Cody Bellinger missed about a month when he suffered a bone bruise with the Cubs back in 2023. More concerning are the cases of Anthony Rendon in 2023 and Kyle Tucker last season.
Rendon fouled a ball off his left leg on July 4 two years ago and missed the remainder of the season with what the Angels termed a bone bruise despite the fact that Rendon himself told reporters he had actually been diagnosed with a fractured tibia. A similar situation played out elsewhere in the AL West between Tucker and the Astros last year, where Tucker missed just over three months due to what Houston initially termed a bone bruise but was later revealed to be a small shin fracture. It should be noted that smaller fractures like the ones Rendon and Tucker faced are no different from bone bruises in terms of the treatment prescribed, making the distinction immaterial in some ways.
Even so, that some players can come back from bone bruises after just a month while others could miss half a season or more due to a similar issue highlights the uncertainty that now faces Trout and the Angels. While it seems unrealistic to expect a firm timetable for Trout’s return given both that uncertainty and the veteran’s lengthy injury history, it’s fair to expect a significant absence at this point. Ryan Noda, Scott Kingery, and prospect Matthew Lugo are among the possible options who could be called upon to join Jo Adell and Taylor Ward in the Angels’ outfield mix while Trout is on the shelf, and switch-hitter Gustavo Campero could see more playing time after serving as the club’s fourth outfielder prior to Trout’s injury.
Trout is cooked and so is the rest of this pathetic team.
Is it time to pull the plug on Detmers and Adell? And how much more rope do they give to Washington?
And replace them with who? Me? Mmm… ok.
All three are hurting the team. What excuse does Washington have for returning to Detmers tonight after yesterday’s disaster?
@El Kabong, I believe that Adell is a bust. The organization was super patient with his development over the years and it just hasn’t seemed to click yet. He may benefit from a new team and different coaches, but I don’t think he’s ever going to become the player that the fan base thought he would.
Detmers is likely not long to be an Angel at this point either. I see the team pulling the plug on Detmers first compared to Adell.
Regarding Ron Washington, he’s not the problem. The talent he has on the team is simply not that great. It’s a team that if playing at their absolute peak will win 81 games a season. They have holes all over the team in starting pitching, relief pitching, and several position player spots.
The biggest issue for the organization will continue to be ownership and by proxy the front office. This team will be stuck in neutral until that gets resolved.
Anaheim hates the idea of trading Adell or any of their players with potential to a smarter team and having that team fix them. So unfortunately these talented players rot on the vine there.
Angels try to draft players who are basically big-league ready because they are poor at development. It’s a bummer and I feel kinda bad for the players.
@paleobros. Adell and detmers was eppler. He picked nothing but high-school players. Except detmers, but the only one he really hit on was marsh.
Here is the good news. Only 6 back after losing 7 in a row. Hopefully there is a win today. Gosh, golly.
Sad how such a great player has become injury prone
Steroids are a hell of a drug
HGH*
So was whatever you used to melt your brain into the mush it is now. Guessing from your name it was alcohol.
Don’t worry about websoulsurfer folks, he obviously thinks Trout is infallible and perfect and should be worshipped as if Achilles himself… oh wait…
There is a big difference between thinking a Trout is just another player versus he’s done or on PEDs.
But so many people have personal issues. Someone has to either be the best or the worst.
Honestly, those people are buffoons.
Knowing the Angels crack medical staff this means his leg will need to be amputated.
Considering Rendon’t was out for like 12 years with a shin bruise, that logic holds water.
Owww!
Bring back Rendon!
5 years/$185.6M or so left on the deal and he’s clearly done and would be a DFA candidate if not for the gaslighting about how he’s the greatest player in baseball history.
I truly used to believe his WAR stats were cooked because the league decided from a PR standpoint to establish and confirm his legacy no matter what.
I watched most of his games religiously and have never seen the level of exceptionalism that is ascribed to him cart blanch.
Glad to finally see an accurate WAR value for him for the first time in a while.
I genuinely do not hate trout or ever rooted against him, but I did always find the valuation on him to feel more emotionally and aspirationally biased in his favor in a way we’d never seen before.
I never rooted for his downfall but I am glad people are admitting what’s been obvious for nearly 6 years now.
Ragebait used to be believable
How is this rage bait?
When Trout was at his peak, a lot of people were frustrated on his behalf because the Angels were awful and his talents were being wasted and I, as a Yankees fan, was totally cool with the idea of him being traded to us or signing with us as a FA.
But I really am not kidding when I say that Mike Trout was treated like he was the Dr. Manhattan of baseball for a while there when he was a very very good player in his prime, but not exactly historic.
That may be the dumbest post I have seen on here and that is saying a huge amount. Go back to a sport you understand. May I suggest tiddlywinks.
I’ve deep dived Trout, I’ve watched Trout, I understand baseball better than I’d care to- I’d love to apply my baseball knowledge to like, engineering and make some money, but I will always stand by my personal opinion that Trout has always been overrated.
Overrated doesn’t mean he’s been bad or mediocre. He’s a GREAT baseball player.
But generational/sport defining talent above and beyond everybody else who’s ever played, which is how he’s framed, is just kinda ridiculous to me.
If you had you wouldn’t post complete and utter garbage like your two posts above that show an utter illiteracy of the game of baseball. Why I am feeding a troll like you is beyond me. Now that you have gotten the response you so deeply crave you can go back to trolling.
You seem bitter and sad. Who hurt you?
Mike Trout is mid.
Let the chaos roll!
I find myself agreeing with this opinion more than I want to.
Yeah- like I said, I watched A LOT of Angels games as well as other teams’ games and I noticed that whenever Trout did anything it was treated like nobody had ever done it before- a single? A double? A home run? Caught a ball in the outfield? As in, playing the game and doing all the same stuff everybody else does at pretty normal levels that a lot of the Best Players On A Team Produce At when they’re .300+ 35-45 HR hitter type hitters and with Trout it was covered by media like he’d broken the time space continuum and was secretly playing all 8 fielding positions plus pitching and was playing a perfect game every single game.
Any other player doing the same stuff was treated with the typical muted praise/respect that we’re accustomed to, but nothing above and beyond.
Every single thing Trout did or has done on the field or in the batter’s box has been treated with the same level of awe that is normally reserved for an injured Kirk Gibson home run/Barry Bonds breaking the record/Shohei Ohtani going 5-for-5 with 5 grand slams and a perfect game on the mound.
Websoulsurfer – You clearly disagree, but offer nothing in the way of facts to support your opinion. Instead you offer insults..

Mike Trout is mid.
A really great baseball player
He’s a GREAT baseball player.
=========================
Now you’re just trolling. Do you believe that Trout is a GREAT player or mid?
I agree with him. Mike Trout was overhyped.
You’re a troll and you made multiple accounts to agree with yourself. What a strange person you are.
There is no reason for him to have a debate with you(on your other account or this one) because everything you said is objectively insanely idiotic and not worth combating.
@websoulsurfer I am on board with you….DUMB!
You possibly over shot even with that! LOL
Tiddlywinks requires a small amount of dexterity.. I am doubting that is even possible after reading that post.

never seen the level of exceptionalism that is ascribed to him cart blanch.
========================
Yeah, he’s never had a season with an OPS+ lower than 132. I suggested that they ‘try’ to trade him 5 years ago, and the Angels fans went apoplectic.
But he is a great player ‘when he plays’.
Tied for 9th all time and likely to drop in those ranks if he keeps playing as he remains at a diminished capacity as an aging, injury prone player.
Very, *very* good. Not the greatest of all time.
Trill: I know no one will see this, but you’re using “gaslighting” all wrong.
Now that there’s an article about Trout’s injury the dude that was crying about there not being an article is nowhere to be found.
It’s May 1st, the Angels are in last place and Trout is on the IL. Feels like we’ve seen this movie before
The number of injuries he has suffered from in recent years is so sad for baseball fans. From 2011 to 2020 Trout was legitimately the best player in baseball, and it wasn’t close. The next best player over that period was more than 20 WAR lower. Trout has one of the 10 best 7-year peaks in the history of the game. Among OF its the 3rd best ever. His 9.0 WAR/162 puts him in the pantheon of players to ever step on the field. If he retired today, he would be a 1st ballot HOF. Injuries have robbed fans of getting to watch one of the most truly special players to ever put on a uniform.
A really great baseball player- not the best of all time by any metric.
Which shows how little you actually know about baseball.
Mmkay. I did the research. In terms of games played/production made, he’s on par with Ryan Howard- a player a lot of people consider to be the flash in the pan who’s career numbers don’t reflect his best seasons and thus mean he isn’t one of the greatest to ever play the game, even though he was one of the greatest in his prime.
A lot of players have a year or two where they are statistically The Best for some brief period of time and they’re all pretty low on the list of Greatest of All Time….
Over an 8 year period covering his age 20-27 seasons he led the league in OPS+ 6 of those seasons and in those other 2 years he put up 169 & 179 marks. We haven’t seen that kind of production on an annual basis with any other current big leaguer. It’s no surprise he was posting the highest WAR each year.
After his age 27 season he could stand next to anyone with what he had accomplished at that point. The injuries since have hurt his career as a whole and where he’ll end up when all is said and done, but when you put up those kind of offensive numbers and also swipe nearly bags over those same years, he was very much a unicorn in his own right.
Judge on the other hand has led the league in OPS+ twice so far.
Trouts been my favorite player for the past 15 seasons, still is. I remember adding him to my fantasy team way back in his first full season, he went bonkers that year.
Im Trout of here. Best home run call of the decade. Hopefully get a few more this season.
He was at one time the best player in baseball. And he has never won even one postseason game. Thanks Arte!
Six years with Ohtani and nothing to show for it.
Trout has the Ohtani curse. Thought it would be lifted when Ohtani took his helicopter to Chavez Ravine.
It has to be difficult being hurt and losing.
Five more seasons, you’d think if he can keep it going for the term of his deal that the Angels could get to the playoffs.
Somebody has to give Perry Minasian the hook.
They need some good prospects, hopefully they take Arnold in the draft. They should sign Bauer too. Give Trout a shot at the playoffs with those two.
They should also draft Quentin Young in the second round. He is going to be a good hitter.
Mustard Tiger: “He was at one time the best player in baseball. And he has never won even one postseason game. Thanks Arte!”
2012: ROY and 2nd in MVP voting WAR 10.5
2013: 2nd in MVP voting War 8.9
2014: MVP WAR 7.7
2015: 2nd in MVP voting WAR 9.5
2016: MVP WAR 10.4
2017: 4th in MVP voting WAR 6.4
2018: 2nd in MVP voting WAR 9.9
2019: MVP WAR 7.9
2020: 5th in MVL voting WAR 1.8
2021: All Star WAR 1.9
2022: 8th in MVP voting WAR 6.1
2023: All Star WAR 2.9
His “point” of being the best player in baseball lasted at least ten seasons. His first six seasons were cost controlled. Total number of playoff game wins in his entire career? Zero.
Those who think it is Trout’s fault this this organization is the worst in the MLB make me sick. Those that begrudge his salary also make me sick. Moreno only paid him what it took to keep him and it was probably less than what he could have gotten from another team. Even then, Moreno did this to sell tickets, not because he cares about winning.
Yeah, Mr. Trout has been injury prone the last few years and he’ll probably never be the superstar that he was ever again. But he’s a once-in-a-generation talent who has stayed positive in spite of playing on a Moreno owned organization that is the laughing stock of the MLB.
Moreno neither understands nor respects baseball, or Mike Trout’s place in baseball history. I hope that whoever takes over the team finds a way to pay tribute to the man. Something at least as impressive as the statue that the Pads put up for Tony Gwynn. He is a gift from the baseball gods.
One could argue that Trout should have won 5 straight MVP awards to start his career.
The beat goes on.
Da da dum da dum da da.
Never thought I’d have to ask this question…
Does Trout go into the HOF?
Does Ryan Howard?
A lot of folks don’t think Howard is worthy of the HOF despite his explosive beginnings.
I consider Trout in the same “what if but not quite” as Howard.
85.8 WAR, 3x MVP (and 9 times top 5 in MVP voting), 11x All-Star, 9x Silver Slugger, Rookie of the Year.
If he retired today he’d be a first ballot hall of famer in 5 years.
BTW – Ryan Howard was a career 14.5 WAR player. Not even remotely a Hall of Famer.
@mustard tiger quit feeding the 🧌
Yanks4life22: “Does Trout go into the HOF?”
See my post above listing his accomplishments. He was clearly the best overall player in baseball for over a decade. What do you think?
You are nuts to ask this question. Nuts.
Since signing the huge contract, he’s turned into a marshmallow!
Ever since Mike got married and had a kid, he’s not been the same player. Just saying.
What are the injuries a player can play through?
I was watching the game when Trout was supposedly injured. They said it happened as he was running out a grounder in a race to the first base bag. But I don’t understand how you get a bruised kneecap from that, as there was no collision. Maybe just running really fast at the last minute can cause such a thing, I don’t know.
Fun Fact: Trout has been the worst defensive outfielder in MLB this season!
he’s learning a new position cut him some slack
No need to worry as he’s back to his most familiar position: The IL.
So, I did a bunch more research on Trout’s statistics to try to see if I am wrong here and all they did was re-confirm what I feel.
Trout has bloated statistics thanks to his on base percentage, which was aided by how much he walks.
I’ve done the Bill James/Moneyball deep dives on Trout, etc. along with a few other reputable sources I trust.
Trout is basically the Perfect Moneyball Player plus a better average than most of those guys and a bit more power. Hence, he is the Perfect Moneyball Player.
I personally don’t think walks are actually as valuable as a ball in play resulting in a single or a double. I get that they can be valuable in a bases loaded situation, etc. but overall I just think that Trout is this generation’s Cal Ripken, Jr. and as beloved and wondertful of an overall player as Ripken is, he’s never been uttered in the sentences about the Best Players Ever In The History of The Game……
And I am noticing when people do hard analysis on Trout, they acknowledge his down seasons, flaws in his game, when pitchers figured him out, when defensive metrics were on the downslope, etc. and then completely discount them and choose to focus on his best years or his best mid-season stretches and ignore the fact that he’s a human player who goes through hot and cold streaks, was figured out a bit by the league’s pitchers, etc.
Trout might be the single best example I have of why WAR is flawed.
I do love that depending on the player, some people treat WAR as gospel and some people consider it an outmoded metric that has no discernible value or rational calculation….
Not all walks are created equal.
A dude with a career ISO of .282 has a bloated WAR because of all those darn walks… ok, got it.
Folks, thanks to TTO were all a little bit dumber today.
Yup and he’s 9th all time. One of the best. Not *the* best.
Ripken was far more durable.
Way past time to gut the team and rebuild….Please ask Trout if he would accept a trade to the Phillies and receive very little in return while eating some of that contract.. Also, why is Samy Natera still in the minors along with Dana? Not one player other than Neto and Ohoppe should be up to trade.
Too late. The amount of money they’d have to eat would no longer be worth the publicity hit.
That said, it would be a historic fit, even if just for a little while.
The Phillies would take that salary if the Angels would take back Taijuan Walker, I think. Johan Rojas, Walker, plus 3 top 20 prospects not named Painter, Miller or Crawford – should be enough to justify trading him. He would instantly make the Phillies WS favorites with the Dodgers. A trade like this is long overdue, but they are two clubs that are familiar with each other so I think it could come together quickly. Harper and Trout share DH duties long term to keep them both healthy.
One last thing….
Trout’s only post season appearance he basically disappeared and forgot how to hit- period.
Thats a cheap shot…fun fact ted williams played in 7 career post season games he was a 200 hitter with no home runs and 1 rbi…TEAMS make it to and win in the post season you could argue ted and mikes careers are similar in that teds was cut short by war service and mikes by injury but thier post season has very little to do with any of it in both cases
Nonsense. His playoff stats extrapolate to 50 HRs/600 ABs, with 150 walks. Assuming a normalized BABIP, his OPS would’ve been 1.200.
That sucks. He had a bad start in the batting average department but his 373 xWOBA (for comparison gunnar Henderson and Jackson Merrill had around a 370 xWOBA last year) and 248 xBA suggests that he was unlucky plus he is tied second in the league in homers.
So when he is healthy he probably is still elite.
Unfortunately that “healthy” has become very elusive. Apart from being hurt often there is a pattern that he takes much longer to heal than anticipated if he comes back at all.
In the last years we often heard “out a couple weeks”, then we hear nothing for weeks, then maybe he had a little setback and then “out for the year”.
Hopefully it is not that again where his comeback gets pushed back several times and then it is season over.
Old soft bones strikes again. 🙂 love you Mike trout. Get back at it soon.
Angels fans disappeared real quick on here. They thought they were a playoff team after 10 games and were hyping all of those mediocre free signings lol.
Tilted kilt had happy hour
@darrendreiforts. Nope i haven’t left and see the same people comment.
More than likely his injury still has something to do with that degenerative ribcage / spine condition.
Difficult to play through that kind of injury. Losing is difficult too.
I think it’s fair to say that Trout is either kind of a wuss or has awful training methods. I don’t doubt that some of these injuries are legit, but the guy has gone down to like every injury known to man.
Now do you feel better about your sad self?
I feel fine. I too have had a bruise on my knee.. I managed to still go to work the next day. My job is also very physically demanding, but unfortunately I don’t have the luxury of making Trout’s $ whether I work or not like he does.
at least it’s not as serious this time
It’s a very long season. The angels will win again, and they are a better team without trout, sorry Mike
The angels can match both Texas teams, Seattle and Oakland.
David fletcher throwing nuckld balls for triple an atlanta
Remember the 02 angels.
Dismal angel team, sure looks like all the recent years of 4.5
I am liking Oakland better in west Sacramento.
Remember the titans.
I like detmers and Adell
The angels have everything they need to be a championship team.
Send love they need it
As a Braves fan, Ron Washington made for a great base coach and infield fielding instructor. Was sad he left but happy to see him get a chance at managing again.
That said, for folks who think the manager doesn’t make any difference at all, tell that to fans of teams with tactically bad ones. Ron seems to be that now in 2025, much as I hate to see it.
But hey, no cell phones!
Water is still wet
That’s the thing. Water isn’t wet and if we’re being honest it never really was. It’s a liquid that makes things it touches wet.
So, in other words, he is out for the season.
Angels fans, do you accept this deal?
Phillies acquire:
– Mike Trout OF (6/210)
– Reid Detmers (arb2)
Angels acquire:
– Taijuan Walker RHP (2/36) – offset some salary, fills a need in rotation 2.35 ERA so far
– Johan Rojas CF – controllable, inexpensive young & fast CF
– Gabriel Rincones Jr. RF (#9) – power upside is there
– Otto Kemp INF (#15) – pays 3 INF positions with 1.100 OPS at AAA
– Mick Abel RHP (#8) – former top 100 prospect 3.50 ERA through 5 starts
– Michael Mercado (#20) – SoCal kid, MLB experience
Phillies take on the entirety of Trout’s contract, long term relief for the Angels, big RH OF bat to protect Harper in the lineup. Moves to LF when Crawford comes up.
two top 10 prospects and 5 1/2 years remaining on a terrible contract for an injury prone player that has never won a playoff game?
The Angels would have to pay at least half of that money and practically give him away at this point.
I hope you’re right and that the Phillies jump on that.
Funny, downright laughable!
Sorry, but Phillies are not doing that. Angels would be lucky to even have someone take Trout and pay his salary. No way they would get anything of value in return.
He’s not catching Ripken’s streak.
Change thee name back to Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim or thou shalt be cursed forever!
California works too
My experience suggests that name is cursed too.
Anaheim must be in the name.
I was watching the game last night as a Detroit fan. Really head-scratching bullpen management. Bringing in a lefty to face Greene, okay, but with no outs and two lefty-bashers coming up? And then doubling down and not bringing in a righty to face Dingler? Why was Fermin even warming up if not to face Dingler? And why not use Jansen with a lead? I get he’s the closer but that’s the spot to do it. Hopefully Washington can throw us some more bones this series.
I was watching the game last night as an Angels fan. I, too, thought it was really head-scratching bullpen management.
@johnnyangel. That’s about every game. If they had Joyce, and Stephenson they probably would’ve won 3-4 more games.
You get the same head scratcher moves when you watch the Orioles.
Anyone who had May 1st in the Mile Trout Injury Betting Pool may now cash their tickets at the window.
Y’all need a fire sale. It’s not that you’re horrible, but my guess is that you aren’t a 70-win team. By maintaining a 70-win pace, it gives the illusion that you are only a few pieces away from contention. That’s how you wind up with Soler, Moncada, Kikuchi, Hendriks, etc.
Extend Neto.
Keep O’Hoppe, Schanuel (little value, but little return), Paris, Trout, and Joyce.
Trade everyone else.
They have nothing to trade lol
@joebrady. I wouldn’t completely crap on schanuel. He’s doing just fine from playing a couple weeks in the minors. It’s like saying crews or Holliday have no value. I get that first base isn’t a valuable position, but 250. With 15 homeruns wasn’t terrible for a rookie
If you were to combine the Angels, White Sox and Rockies; you couldn’t build a MLB level team.
There were 3 very poor managers around the same time whose teams they managed were so good, they were falsely given credit for the teams’ success when in truth, they blundered the opportunities. Those three managers were Jim Leyland (Tigers), Charlie Manual (Phillies) and Ron Washington (Rangers).
No matter what numbers he has accumulated I’ll never respect him as a competitor. If he had any desire to actually win he would not have resigned with the Angels. Anyone with half a brain should be able to see that that organization is hopeless. Orange County is a wonderful place to live. Especially if you have hundreds of millions. And sure, you could argue he’s just a really loyal guy to the team that drafted him. Very good baseball player. Maybe could have been the greatest of all time if he had the drive to take a risk and get himself away from Anaheim and Arte Moreno. Very few teams are as comically inept as the angels. I don’t think anyone can argue that Mike Trout actually cares in the slightest about winning.
Will give you Marsh, Turner, Walker, and 3 prospects (ranked outside our Top-5), and season tickets to the Eagles for Trout at this point even if he’s hurt.
It begins.
What, like 5 more years still to go on his contract? Dang, not a bright move on Artie’s part. Then again, it’s not the only one. Artie needs to sell this team.
IMO, he’s a HOFer, but is he a first-ballot HOFer?
Yup…right on time.
Griffin Canning is 4-1 for a good team! Detmers has great stuff! Perhaps he would pitch better for a GOOD TEAM!
Bone Bruise? At Trout’s age he must learn to play with pain…. will never be ok again.
Wondering …..
