I like this deal. Decent base price, with a chance for him to get more if he can prove healthy.  If not, we lose no more money, but if so, could be worth it.

Awesome deal. Affordable, which is good whether we gonna keep him or trade him as it’s not bad for interested teams. I like JJ, if he had a full season with no injury, he’d easily be worth 8.5 to 9, in a few years 10 to 12 even…

If he stays healthy it’s more than perfect, but has to stay healthy.

Mlb trade rumors did a good job predicting Braves arb salaries, only had 185k difference total. They were close on each case

Like it a lot because it’s still decent money but very little risk for the braves. Frank Wren is awesome!!!

If JJ gets traded do those incentives carry over to new team on his deal for innings pitched

This is an affordable deal> good incentives. and if he stays healthy it benefits our pitching staff and, also is appealing to other teams if its comes to the point we want or need to trade him.

a manageable trade salary, if atlanta is in the hunt at the all-star break then jj will stay, if were not in the hunt, then he will be traded. But a good deal both ways.

I like this one because it takes into account that Jurrjens was not healthy for all of last season, and it really hurt the Braves.

Nice deal for both parties involved. At trade deadline, if JJ is healthy…highest bidder of return talent wins the prize of a healthy, young #2-3 SP to infuse into their respective teams rotation for the stretch run.

Despite being delicate I like the signing.  Wish he still had that relatively hard inside fast ball he once possessed.
