Cleveland took the yankees to a game 5 with the 3rd lowest payroll in the sport. They are an unbelievable organization. Terry Francona might literally be the best manager of his generation.
urgh….and he was fired by the Phillies….just shows you what good managers can do with good talent. A good mgr can elevate players….

with Judge, Correa, and Verlander, why not just get dodgers to hit $500 million payroll in 2023!!!! why not…not my money.
I am in the minority but I think a Correa signing would be an interesting dynamic added to the team. One that might just give them some dirt and fire to push themselves even harder. Then it’s a matter of finding an arm or two.
Interesting that every year the Dodgers find a way to maneuver thru these waters and find those diamonds. Every year some of the off season moves go “why?” and then they find those gems. More hits than misses.
They will ink Judge.
My guess is we go after Rendon to play 3B. Take on the contract and get a super young prospect in the deal. Then have Vargas play LF… Ugh the suspense is killing me. I’m ready for opening day already
