The theme of this offseason isn’t about how many pitchers they sign or who they should or shouldn’t trade. This offseason is all about Mo. The organization has bet big on him and then doubled down on those bets multiple times. This offseason he either proves his worth or gets the boot. This owner has now suffered his first public embarrassment on a large scale. I doubt platitudes or promises will buy Mo more time if he can’t right the ship.
If he says, “We’re still trying to figure out what we have” one more time, he’s gone.
Good riddance.

Obviously he did something right? Mozeliak either didn’t pay attention? Or doesn’t believe in it? The Orioles front office learned everything it knows from rebuilding Houston behind Jeff Luhnows knowledge? It’s almost hysterical the organization that crafted that has long since forgotten it?
