The Giants have agreed to sign outfielder Eric Valdez, the Dominican Prospect League announced. The prospect obtains a $325K bonus.
Valdez has an extremely athletic body and profiles as a leadoff hitter with power, according to the league. He can steal bases and plays strong defense.
