    Well dang!!

Had you all not exiled THE ACE, he would have been an ideal analysis and data entry candidate.

I would nominate KD17 as well but I’m afraid a limit of one hour per week day would not nearly be enough time for his voluminous verbosity.

What is the going rate for data entry these days?

Will all the AL East teams get swept in the playoffs again? Like last year.

    5 hours a week! Seriously?

You don’t have someone currently on staff that can add a responsibility to their workload?

      paisley,

This could be viewed as an opportunity for someone new to get their foot in the door.

I offered to write for MLBTR on a voluntary basis, because I appreciate the site so much. I know baseball inside and out, journalism was my minor in college and I would love to build some experience in writing about something I love. I’ve reached out several times over the years and heard nothing back, so they must be doing pretty decent if they are turning down free work.

You’d be surprised how unappealing an offer of working for free can be to a company. Take this job and get your foot in.

What does your development stack look like? I assume you’d be wanting to automate this process versus having someone manually “screen scrape” and do data entry into a UI or spreadsheet?

As some feedback its pretty bad that you don’t even send a reply to people that apply. Not even so much as a “Thanks for applying we will reply if we are interested”… literally nothing.
