Man, the Blue Jays are all in. Hoffman, Norris and nine other prospects gone.
If they don’t make the playoffs, AA is gone the day after the season ends. If they don’t win it all, AA is gone the day after they’re eliminated.

And in the thick off all of this, the Phillies added 7 players to their top 30, and now have 6 prospects in the top 100 (MLB.com)

Great coverage MLB TR there was a lot of information to digest and then turn around and get out.
One thing though, what happened with Travis Snider. I swore I read that he was DFA’d and then Steve M from MASN told me he is still with us.

Us? He is still with the Orioles.. It was misreported that Snider was DFA’d.. It was actually Parmelee that got the boot.. I am betting that the Orioles are wishing they still had Tarpley in their system though..

True about Tarpely and it might be true about Josh Hader.
I see he got flipped to the Brewers and a lot of people thought he shouldn’t have been thrown in with the Norris deal and now Norris is gone.
Anyway, thank you for responding to me. Much appreciated.

Cpl ‘pen arms for Boston. Cook could be one to help out and the farm system is still intact. Cueto won’t cost anybody a draft pick now, which will be to everyone’s benefit after the year, likewise Price. Many interesting developments last few days.

Do you think Cueto will be able to handle a big contract and moving to a major market? I have read several posts from Cincy fans that say he is a head case that can’t handle pressure.. I will admit that I am not all that familiar with his career but he is lined up for a $150m+ contract and if he really is a head case that could be a big blunder for someone.. But then again a few years back they were saying Greinke was a serious headcase and that he would surely crack under the pressure of playing in New York.. He seems to be thriving in LA and has done well in high pressure games..
Bronx Bombers
Or Cueto could turn into an AJ Burnett. I don’t think many knew he was a head case before coming to the Bronx.
