Indians acquire guy who walks everyone and gives up home runs, a perfect replacement for Luis Vizcaiano.

If the cash considerations are more than a buck fifty, no one should say anything bad about Cashman ever again :)

perfect place for Veras. No pressure on him to perform since the Indians are in dead last and Cleveland is pretty media friendly. This guy could still be a good pitcher, he just needs to pitch consistently and work out his kinks.

Veras was pretty serviceable last year. Nothing special but for just cash, good move for the Tribe.

I'm surprised the Nationals didn't pursue him. Though knowing them they probably wanted the Yankees to "throw in" Hughes or Joba.

I don't know what you guys are talking about. That 5.96 era will look great in the Tribe bullpen.
Rest assured he'll be DFA'd in a few weeks.

I would rather them sign Quilvio Veras.
