What's the word on Jermaine Dye? Is he available? His name came up quite frequently last year and during the off season.

"3:45 [Comment From ?]
Arent the Dodgers overrated?
3:45 They're great, but they wouldn't have that record in the AL East or NL East""
Ahaha. the dodgers have the best run differential, are 19 games above 500, have the best record at home, just beat the Phils for the season series(yea, the guys who won the title), as well as the Marlins and took the only series against the Mets thus far. We also have the most dominate closer in the bigs right now, a top 3 catcher, one of the top 3 CF, one of 10 true aces in the majors(all homegrown from the draft, under 27). And, we are missing our best hitter, relying on producing runs than the 3 run HR.
So no, the dodgers are anything but overratted, maybe your team is the overrated one, as no team has more young guys who are in the majors/made a contribution(we have had 22 homegrown guys on the roster this yr)

they would not have that record in the AL or NL east, thats all he said.... and how do you know they have a doinant closer? you probably leave in the 7th like all the LA dodger fans anyways

wow, that is the dumbest steriotype in the majors. that everyone comes in the 3rd and leaves in 7th. yea, thats about 500 fans of about 56,000 in a sellout. If you watch a game and have been to dodger stadium(which you obviously havent, as you dont understand LA)you would know that most fans come early. However, the lines in Dodger Stadium are horrible because it is one of the largest stadiums in MLB, and the lines for a burrito is litteraly an hour long. And if you watch a dodger game, you would know that hitters are hitting .08 against broxton, righties or lefties. He has 3 plus pitches and a change. Oh yea, i forgot he throws 100mph.
And why wouldnt we have the best record in the Al East? We just won the season series against the Phils, have taken the series against the Marlins thus far as well, everyone beats the Nats, the Braves cant score a run to save their life, and took the series we played against the Mets.
So, why dont you learn what the hell your talking about and use facts instead of steriotypes? How about that?
Damn, some people...
