Most likely he’ll go to triple-A, I wouldn’t want to lose 3.1 million.
Larry D.
I think he might get claimed.
Hodor 2
Rays really need to make a deal here given all the starting pitching injuries.

I’d love for a pitching starved club to claim him…I’m just not sure pitching starved AND willing to take on $3.1m is nearly as possible.
Dock_Elvis
Rockies should put the claim in
Dock_Elvis
I can’t edit…so I’ll say Rockies should have claimed

I’m not hopeful that Gee will pitch well in the launch pad that is AAA Las Vegas. Maybe he can put up a couple of solid games and someone comes offering a 7th inning BP arm, but that is probably the limit.

Orioles shouldve claimed him. Need decent pitching. Should try to get Hamels

Please stop telling me to be surprised or unsurprised, just give me the information and let me decide if I’m surprised

Funny…

I’ve started to shrug off the jarring blend of information and commentary, but there’s still one contributor that I find very difficult to read. It’s all good I guess…I’m not paying anything for this site…so I’m getting my moneys worth.

Geez, lighten up. It was one word in an entire post. And frankly, I prefer stories and articles where the writers try and inject an ounce of personality into it. Been coming here for years and commenters have gotten more and more touchy, I swear…
In terms of baseball, surprised he passed waivers. Even the weakest arms usually get at least one glance or two.

Right, so you ARE surprised, which is a reasonable reaction. I’m all for commentary but give it to me as commentary. Don’t just tell me something is “unsurprising”

This might be a good move for Gee who needs to show MLB teams that he is a top starter that he has shown in the past. He is a solid number five starter, and I know teams could benefit with having him in the rotation. Good luck to Dillion, get those quality starts and show MLB you still have it!
