I was wondering when the Dodgers were going to start signing some bullpen depth…not a huge splash but at least it’s something

I would’ve brought back Withrow on a minor league deal. Think that may turn out to be a good move for the Royals.
BlueSkyLA
Does he have a pulse?
takeyourbase
Apparently. Although I haven’t checked personally.

The huge splash (or no splash) was supposed to happen at the end of this weekend with Brian Dozier, anyone hear any news on that? Also, Josh Fields, what’s going on with him? His stats don’t look great, but then I’ve read articles talking about him having a lot of potential. Can anyone tell me about him?
takeyourbase
My money goes on Dozier stays with the Twins.
Senioreditor
If the Twins don’t trade him that’ll rank as the 3rd dumbest move after signing Mauer and Perkins. There’s a reason they only won 59 games last year.

Fields has good stuff. He was a rare first round draft pick as a reliever who was supposed to move quickly. But for whatever reason he stalled out. He’s probably a low-leverage middle reliever at this point.

And there it is! Put a bow on the NL West folks. Dodgers just wrapped it up for 2017! Lol

The only splash Geltz will make is the bombs Stanton and co. hit into the pool off him if he makes the big league roster.
lucero5000
What pool would Stanton be hitting home runs? I’m guessing your referring to that dipsh…..dumb pool in d-bags right field?
layventsky
But does he draw rave reviews?
AGAVE
So, I’m guessing now that the acquisition of Wilson before this signing may pair these two up.
Ages are within range. Both needing to rebuild their status.
Lets see if it works
