Bruce Chen in the HR prevention category? Bruce Chen would be in my T-Ball category. This guy serves up home runs with great regularity.

No doubt. I fixed it.

Clemens is in every category except IP. I wonder how much he'll comand on the market if he threatens retirement again. Everyone was on him last year for picking Houston over Boston, I wouldn't be suprised if he finishes his career with a season with the Red Sox.

i'd be surprised. His situation isn't normal, I think he likes HOU because he is close to home and can have that personalized schedule

Silva = $4MM club option
Lopez = nontender candidate

First of all, for anyone who saw the game yesterday, anyone want to agree with me that Drew is a moron?
Secondly, I think that's it for Clemens, after having to defend himself, I think he's gonna retire (again)

No Jeff Suppan? Please don't tell me he's outranked by such stalwarts as Weaver and Ponson.

There is a mutual option, and it is only a possibility that he returns.

Oh wow. I doubt the Braves could do this, but think about the great Oakland starting 3 from like 01-04
If the Braves trade for Zito, and pick up Mulder through free agency Then think about the rotation. Smoltz, Zito, Hudson, Mulder, James. Considering the Braves may need to seriously think about trading away some young pitching this could be an option. However before we follow through with a deal like this we need to pick up a Carl Crawford or someone to hit leadoff.
