Ohka Could Sign Soon

The Boston Globe's Nick Cafardo reports that Tomo Ohka could decide this weekend whether to pitch for the Nationals, Pirates, or Blue Jays.  The Bucs are also working on Brian Lawrence, so they'd probably only sign one of the two.

I wonder what happened to the Mets, and whether Ohka is still holding out for a three-year deal.  You can read my full profile of the 30 year-old righty here.

Where ahve you heard the Blue Jays are interested?

Does anyone know how bad his rotator cuff surgery is? Or what these injury success rates are like in general? I don't know much about labrum and rotator cuffs, but I know more about TJ since it has a high success rate and I've seen it more often.

Ohka should go to Pitt.

Slight pitcher's park. Young rotation. Solid defense.NL lineups.

He should try to be a big fish in a small pond than a small fish in the AL BEAST.

Toronto would be a stupid decision.
