"Hampton...who is currently auditioning for his next team."
That team would be AA Mississippi.

Someone will give Hampton a job next year just in case he finds it again. If anyone gives him a contract for more than a year and for more than $1-2 million at most I would question their intelligence. So, someone better go find Ed Wade and tell him NO!

I would give hampton the same kind of deal colon got with incentives... It makes sense that if he doesn't pitch, he doesn't get paid, but if he makes some appearances, he gets $ and the better he does, the more incentives he could reach.

Pedro would probably also get a lower signing bonus next year. I doubt that a team would try to draft him with their first round pick unless they have multiple round 1 picks.
