I'd just like to say that I think it's a travesty that MLBTR is beating FJM, AND that Metsblog is beating the Hardball Times. What a worthless contest.

Actually this one has me very conflicted. I love FJM but I also love MLBTR for very different reasons.
Voting for me has been pretty clear up until now. :(

Dude why do you keep calling this crap a travesty...it is a freaking blog contest. Calm down.

Yeah, it's too bad that MLBTR had to go against my other favorite baseball blog, FJM. Voted for this one, though.

Everyone Vote!

I dont understand why a poster would take time to log on to your website (where ironically the guy posts pretty much every day), and tell you that is a travesty that you are doing well in this little competition. If it would be such a travesty for you to win, then wtf does this guy post on your blog almost every single day for. Maybe he just learned travesty yesterday and is trying to get it into as many sentences tomorrow. If you adavnce, maybe tomorrow he will log on and tell us what a debacle this whole situation is becoming. Who knows. For all the people who take time to log on and post how horrible it would be for MLBTR to advance, get lives dudes.

as many sentences as possible before tomorrow. Sounds like the homework I used to do in like 3rd grade. I mean, we are all experts here though, Tim doesnt know crap. Its funny how people criticize the work he does on here and almost all of his opinions, but if you knew all the stuff yourself then you wouldnt need to come here to begin with. Everybody is a pro scout.

hey, what the hell? we are loosing! that isn't supposed to happen...

Easy girls... don't get your panties in a twist. I'm simply mocking the comments that were made yesterday or the day before... NOT BY ME. Someone claimed that it was a travesty that Metsblog was winning and that the contest was meaningless. Forgive me for finding that humorous.

Well, my mistake then and I take it back. It does get old though seeing people talk shyt all day about how Tim runs the site when he does it for us, and when he takes time out of his day to run this site as well as he can. To the people who complain about the rumors, opinions of the people who post the topics, get the fukc out we wont miss you.

I agree completely. Some people like to hear themselves talk (or see themselves type, i guess) and are so quick to bitch and moan but they don't realize that Tim has a friggin life and a job. He does this on his own free time. I'd love to see some of these d-bags attempt to run a site like this.

Well we made it to the NLCS.... as a Cubs fan I would love to lose in the NLCS. 2003 not included which pretty much ripped the heart out of my chest.
Tim, Just wait til next year. :-)

Hey man, only a couple years into the game and have established one of the best baseball blogs in the world. Congrats man. Even since I joined a little bit over a year ago, this site continues to grow and attract more and more new readers. Good job and keep it up.
