Why not Mazzone to Pittsburgh? Wouldn't that be nice.

how about Mazzone to the Rangers? Lord knows we could use a guy that actually knows what he's talking about.

McCourt must McPay for Manny to return no question about it, taking manny out would put us right back where we started the year. The rookies have progressed but we will miss Kent's bat and Casey Blake's vet. presence. Keep Manny and he and the kids can pick up where they leave this year off at, beating the cubs but losing to the phillies

The Dodgers are in for yet another COLOSSALLY bad contract if they sign Manny to a long term deal. I know Dodger nation is jumping up and down about this guy and everyone loves him and thinks he's just the swellest guy on the planet, but you're wrong. Dead wrong. Have they not paid attention to watch went on in Boston for 8 years? It wasn't just this year that Manny decided to not even try anymore, he's done it many many times before. Just watch, the year that the Dodgers aren't in the playoff race he's going to spring up a whole rash of phantom injuries and reasons as to why he can't play.
Please, go ahead and sign the man. It will only re-inforce the fact that Ned Colletti is an absolute moron.
