Best line of the ARod article:
"TO HIS CREDIT, A-Rod wanted to live up to the contract and allegedly his desire to do so is what got him dabbling in anabolic steroids."
Pssh.

The whole point of the Boras is article is to make him look bad. Does the writer understand what Boras' job is? Does he understand that A-Rod is not being held hostage and can tell Boras to take whatever deal for whatever money/perks that he wants? Boras works for A-Rod and if A-Rod didn't like the job Boras was doing he would fire him.

Yeah that whole article is essentially an extended attack at Boras. I mean, some of the arguments are pretty legitimate, but you really can't go out and say, "This is all Boras' fault!!!"
Boras was simply doing his job as an agent, which is to maximize the money his clients make while also making more financial opportunities for other current and future clients. He did all of that, and did it well.
It's practically like the article bashes Boras for doing his job too well. Like, "You let A-Rod get too much money, and his life spiraled out of control!"
How about lets just blame Alex Rodriguez for all of Alex Rodriguez's problems? Seems easier to me..

"...dabbling in anabolic steroids."
Three years of dabbling.
