Retaining Drew may be a bit of a stretch, but they need to look into doing that ASAP or start testing the waters on his value.

I don’t think they should retain him. Trade him, maybe this summer if he’s playing well.

Putz, Heilman, Mora, Nady, Blanco. That’s a lot of crappy ex Mets they scraped up
WhiteSoxHomer
Did you see Putz last year? He definitely was not crappy.

Add in Blum, Branyan and Willy Mo and they look more like Ex – Padres to me.
Mets for ever Biotches
i was just gonna post that…they all sucked for the mets (blanco was ok because he was a good back up) and they always get better when they gett to another team…for exampl heilman, and putz

you obviously don’t know how KT operates… he will re-fill all those slots with more aging vets and journeymen before any youngsters get a chance. Just be glad human cloning is still illegal, or i’m sure he’d find a way to field a geoff blum at every position.

Any list of D-backs “notable” minor league signings which doesn’t include Sean Burroughs is clearly lacking! It may not be worthwhile, but it’s certainly notable!

for some reason this new regime does not like Brandon Allen… for the life of me I can not figure out why… but getting Miranda and signing Branyon, that’s the indication I get
