Keep an eye on Herrera, the Rockies have one of the better international operations in the game.
In recent memory they've found Chacin, Rosario and Gomez among others.

Heres what i dont get theres all of this buzz about internatinal agents signing at the age were there still in high school. yet u never hear a story about some 15 year old in the u.s. being signed so whats up with that?
